Events

Tomorrow, Sept 13th is Celiac Disease Awareness Day.  There are 2 events you should know about:

1) There is a gluten-free dinner to be paired with Harvester's GF Beers down at Bridgeport Whole Foods this Saturday, Sept 15th from 6-8pm. It's a fundraiser dinner for Whole Kids.  The info is posted on our FB page and GIG of Portland's Facebook page.

2) Dr. Rodney Ford, MD's talk on Sept 18th is at Mittleman Jewish Community Center. 6-8:30pm

His new book is Gluten: ZERO Global. Yup! He thinks no one, nada, zip, zilch, personne! should be eating gluten. A bold, BOLD statement. He has authored 10 books on gluten and should be a great night. He is coming all the way from New Zealand for his US book tour to shake us up.
Email me to reserve a spot for Dr. Ford's talk. $15 Cash and check payment at the door on the 18th. Sponsored by GIG of Portland, a 501c3 non-profit support group for those who are gluten-free.
