Presto Pesto

1 1/2 cups basil leaves
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 garlic clove, chopped
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or
a high-speed blender and puree until smooth.

Pesto and White Bean Dip
2 cans white beans
1/2 cup pesto
squeeze of fresh lemon
salt and pepper to taste

Blend ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Serve with chips, crackers, and sliced vegetables.
